The terms that govern the use of Moonstruck Matchmaking services and website

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moonstruck Matchmaking website and your participation in services offered by Moonstruck Matchmaking, LLC (“Moonstruck Matchmaking,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, submitting information to Moonstruck Matchmaking, purchasing services, or participating in our matchmaking or membership programs, you agree to these Terms. Clients and members who enter into a separate written agreement with Moonstruck Matchmaking are also subject to the terms of that agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement governing specific services, the signed agreement will control with respect to those services.
OUR SERVICES
Moonstruck Matchmaking is a private, boutique matchmaking service that facilitates introductions between relationship-minded adults. Services may include personalized matchmaking, introductions, consultations, coaching, membership in our verified network, and related services.
Matchmaking is inherently subjective and depends upon individual preferences, circumstances, mutual interest, human behavior, and chemistry. Moonstruck Matchmaking does not guarantee compatibility, a particular number of dates except where expressly provided in a signed agreement, a romantic relationship, exclusivity, engagement, marriage, or any other specific outcome.
ELIGIBILITY
Moonstruck Matchmaking services are intended only for adults age 18 or older.
By submitting information or participating in our services, you represent that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.
Moonstruck Matchmaking reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate participation when permitted under the applicable client or membership agreement.
MATCHMAKING AND INTRODUCTIONS
Potential matches are selected using professional judgment, information provided by participants, compatibility considerations, and available candidates.
Moonstruck Matchmaking cannot guarantee that any particular individual will be interested in an introduction or that an introduction will result in a date or relationship.
Participants are responsible for making their own decisions regarding whether to communicate with, meet, date, or pursue a relationship with another person.
CLIENT AND MEMBER CONDUCT
Clients and members are expected to communicate honestly, respectfully, and professionally with Moonstruck Matchmaking and with individuals introduced through our services.
Harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior, deliberate misrepresentation, misuse of another participant’s information, or other conduct inconsistent with the standards established in the applicable agreement may result in suspension or termination of participation.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Moonstruck Matchmaking strictly prohibits the use of its website or services for any unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful purpose, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, harassment, threats, coercion, or abuse. Clients and members may not engage in, facilitate, aid, abet, encourage, or promote such conduct. Any suspected violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and may be reported to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.
BACKGROUND SCREENING
Moonstruck Matchmaking may require identity verification and/or background screening as part of participation in certain services.
Background checks are conducted through third-party providers. No background screening process can guarantee a person’s future conduct, safety, honesty, or suitability.
Participants remain responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and caution when communicating with or meeting another person.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees applicable to paid matchmaking services, verified membership, background screening, or other services will be disclosed before purchase or participation.
Payment terms for clients and members are governed by the applicable service or membership agreement and invoice.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Moonstruck Matchmaking does not generally receive or store complete credit or debit card information.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND BILLING DISPUTES
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends upon the service purchased and the agreement applicable to that service.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect the private and personal nature of matchmaking.
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Information about potential matches and other participants provided through Moonstruck Matchmaking is confidential and may not be publicly shared, posted, distributed, or used for purposes unrelated to the introduction.
Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients and members.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Moonstruck Matchmaking provides professional matchmaking and introduction services but cannot control the actions, decisions, representations, attraction, compatibility, or behavior of other individuals.
No guarantee is made regarding romantic compatibility, chemistry, relationship success, exclusivity, engagement, marriage, or any other relationship outcome.
ASSUMPTION OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Dating and meeting new people involve inherent personal risks.
Participants are responsible for evaluating potential matches, deciding whether and where to meet, taking reasonable safety precautions, and determining whether to continue any interaction or relationship.
Moonstruck Matchmaking facilitates introductions but does not supervise relationships or interactions between participants after an introduction.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Moonstruck Matchmaking may use third-party providers for services including payment processing, background screening, website functionality, communications, or other business operations.
Moonstruck Matchmaking is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, or policies of third-party providers, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
WEBSITE USE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, obtain unauthorized access to information or systems, misuse information obtained through the website, or use Moonstruck Matchmaking content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Moonstruck Matchmaking name, branding, website content, written materials, matchmaking processes, questionnaires, assessments, and other proprietary materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without permission from Moonstruck Matchmaking, except as permitted by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moonstruck Matchmaking is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, conduct, or decisions of clients, members, potential matches, or independent third parties.
Any additional limitations of liability applicable to paid clients or verified members are set forth in their respective signed agreements.
TERMINATION
Moonstruck Matchmaking may suspend or terminate access to services or participation in its matchmaking network as provided in the applicable client or membership agreement.
Clients and members may also terminate their participation in accordance with their applicable agreement. Refund eligibility following termination is governed by that agreement and Moonstruck Matchmaking’s Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Clients and members are encouraged to contact Moonstruck Matchmaking directly and attempt in good faith to resolve concerns or disputes informally.
Additional dispute-resolution procedures, including mediation and arbitration where applicable, are governed by the agreement entered into between Moonstruck Matchmaking and the client or member.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Moonstruck Matchmaking services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to the specific provisions contained in any applicable signed agreement.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Moonstruck Matchmaking may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Any updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Changes to an existing signed client or membership agreement are governed by the amendment provisions of that agreement.
