Cancellations and Refunds
 

Moonstruck Matchmaking, LLC provides personalized matchmaking and membership services. Cancellation and refund terms vary depending upon the service purchased and are governed by the agreement applicable to that service.

 

Paying matchmaking clients may cancel their agreement in writing within three (3) business days of signing and receive a full refund of amounts paid. After the three-business-day cancellation period, matchmaking fees are non-refundable except as otherwise agreed by Moonstruck Matchmaking or required by applicable law.

 

For women participating in our Verified Membership program, the Verification Fee may be canceled and refunded within three (3) business days of payment, provided the background-check process has not already commenced. After the cooling-off period expires or the background-check process begins, whichever occurs first, the Verification Fee is non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

 

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days following written confirmation.
