Moonstruck Matchmaking is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and respectful matchmaking service for adults. Use of our website and participation in our services are subject to the following Acceptable Use Policy.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Moonstruck Matchmaking services are available only to individuals age 18 or older.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Clients, members, and other participants may not use Moonstruck Matchmaking's website, services, communications, or introductions to engage in, facilitate, promote, encourage, aid, or abet:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity, including scams or attempts to defraud Moonstruck Matchmaking or another person.
• Human trafficking or sex trafficking.
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Sexual violence, coercion, abuse, or other non-consensual sexual conduct.
• Sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative content or behavior in connection with Moonstruck Matchmaking's services.
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or other abusive or harmful conduct.
• Impersonation, deliberate misrepresentation, or misuse of another person's personal information.

HOW WE VERIFY AND MONITOR

Moonstruck Matchmaking is a personal, curated service with no public profiles, messaging, or member-to-member platform. Every participant is individually reviewed before any introduction is made. Our controls include:

• Date of birth is required on every application, and applicants under 18 cannot submit.
• Each application is personally reviewed by the matchmaker.
• Clients complete a private consultation before acceptance, and age and identity are confirmed during that process.
• Participants can report concerns or misconduct directly to info@moonstruckmatch.com, and every report is reviewed.
• Feedback is gathered after each introduction, and any reported violation results in review and possible removal.

ENFORCEMENT

​

Moonstruck Matchmaking may decline, suspend, or terminate participation for violations of this policy. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.
