LEGAL PROCESS

Requests for information should be submitted by an authorized law enforcement representative and must include sufficient information to identify the individual or records being requested and the applicable legal authority for the request.

Moonstruck Matchmaking will respond to valid subpoenas, court orders, warrants, and other legally binding requests in accordance with applicable law.

EMERGENCY REQUESTS

​

If law enforcement believes there is an emergency involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, the request should clearly identify the nature of the emergency and the information being requested.

PRESERVATION OF RECORDS

Moonstruck Matchmaking will preserve available records when required by valid legal process or applicable law.
